1.1. These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "T&Cs") govern the use of the E-Learning Platform (hereinafter referred to as the "Platform") of the Chair of Software Engineering at the University of Mannheim (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "us").
1.2. The use of the Platform is subject to these T&Cs as well as all applicable laws and regulations.
2.1. The use of certain features of the Platform requires registration and the creation of a user account.
2.2. You are obligated to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration and to keep your password secure.
2.3. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your user account.
3.1. We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform in accordance with these T&Cs.
3.2. You are obligated to use the Platform in compliance with applicable laws and these T&Cs.
4.1. The use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy.
5.1. The Platform provides teaching content that is intended solely for teaching and learning purposes.
5.2. You may only use teaching content in accordance with the conditions and usage guidelines specified on the Platform.
6.1. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of the information and teaching content provided on the Platform.
6.2. We are not liable for damages arising from the use of the Platform unless they result from gross negligence or intent on our part.
7.1. We reserve the right to change these T&Cs at any time. Changes will be published on the Platform, and the use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes acceptance of the amended T&Cs.
8.1. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict your user account and access to the Platform at any time and for any reason.
9.1. These T&Cs are subject to German law.
